Welcome to Toledo Tech Talks!

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Toledo Tech Talks website (the “Website”) and any associated services offered by AltShift WP and The Ramirez Shift, Ltd. (collectively, “We” or “Us”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Website is for informational purposes only. The information provided on the Website should not be considered professional advice, and you agree that you will not hold Us liable for any attempts to use the information presented.

The Website is a free service. We have no dedicated staff for Toledo Tech Talks. All communications are handled by AltShift WP and may not be immediately returned.

We are not obligated to use suggested topics. We select topics based on popularity, interest, or randomly.

We strive to keep marketing emails to a minimum, but you acknowledge that you may be marketed to. All communications will include information that the Website is hosted by AltShift WP and may include sponsor information.

You can terminate your account by logging in and following the instructions on your Dashboard.

We reserve the right to remove any users from video presentations,. conferences, or the Website for any reason, including bullying, rude behavior, or use of profanity.

9. Video Recordings:

All video presentations are recorded. By signing up for the Website, you acknowledge that you may be recorded if you participate in a live video conference. If you do not want to be recorded, you cannot attend live video conferences.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

We may change these Terms at any time without notice. The updated Terms will be posted on the Website.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
